Fitness Girl – The Project

The Fitness Girl is a global project, nonprofit, which has a noble goal: to encourage people to leave the sedentary lifestyle.

The Fitness Girl is NOT a Bodybuilding or beauty contest.

The Fitness Girl is NOT a federation of bodybuilding or any other sport.

The purpose of the contest is to mobilize more women around the world in the fight against physical inactivity, encouraging more people to train, retrain their food and have better quality of life.

The Project Fitness Girl is, before anything, a motivational project. But the “motivation comes from within, is from each person” – some would say. This is true. The motivation part of each person from inside. However, stimulation and inspiration to awaken this “motivation” is external. With viewing photos and videos of people who achieved their goals, more and more people will be motivated to also reach theirs.

Profile required

The interested in becoming a member must be 18 years old and NOT be sedentary.

No need to be champion in any sport? The best of all in some exercise? The most beautiful of the Gym? No, sorry, not need. The Fitness Girl is inclusive and not exclusive project. It brings inspiration to those who also is not the champion, the best in a year or the most beautiful of the Gym, but it can become in the near future. Believe us, people can change a lot and the power to do that is within them. We just woke up this power.

Current member and countries represented

Many countries are represented in the Fitness Girl by its members, of which: United States, Canada, Japan, Australia, UK, France, Iceland, Sweden, Slovakia, Czech Republic, South Africa, Brazil, Argentina, Ecuador, Venezuela, Dominican Republic, among others.

Famous women of these countries have registered as members of our global family, as the current world champion WBFF PRO Shannon Petralito (USA), world and national champions of their countries in various federations (IFBB, NPC, WBFF, NABBA, NANBF, ABA , INBA, PNBA, OCB, IFPA, WNBF, ADBF, SNBF, NGA, NPA, NMA and other), magazine covers fitness, covers of men's magazines, misses, among others. As described, anyone with the profile can participate. Thus, famous and unknown fitness girls participating together and chancelam the fight against global inactivity. The competition between the members and the model

The Fitness Girl does not have a direct focus on a contest. In the future will be held annual competitions for the selection of covers, back covers and the "stuffing" of our Fitness Girl magazine. The contest will take place between members of the Fitness Girl only. Thus, any woman who is not member of the project can notparticipate in the international competition. While not the competition takes place, the members are part of our global family and help us inspire more people to leave the sedentary world.

Until its launch, the competition format can be modified. Whereas the members are in different countries, it is estimated that the best way of realizing the selection of models for testing or through the internet. Before the competition the members will be consulted so that they can suggest improvements in the model.

Online voting.
Mechanisms will be used to evaluate the vote, trying to avoid any kind of fraud such as vote buying, etc. Audits will occur in the event of suspected fraud.

Why online voting?
Being a fair selection that meets the desire of the majority of the public, removing subjectivism of charge or any other form of processing.

How many will be selected?
Initially, the well rated 10+ will be the first 10 Fitness Girls (1 per month). The next 10 will be the back covers. The final filling of the magazine, something like the Playboy Bunny, will be by draw among all members. In this way, all may be present in the Magazine.

What is the extent of the contest?
The Competition Fitness Girl will be an international competition and will feature the participation of fitness athletes and sports women of various countries, famous or not.

Public Contest:
The Contest is NOT intended EXCLUSIVELY to the bodybuilders or fitness athletes. Any woman, with a minimum age of 18 years old (or corresponding age of majority in your country) and NOT sedentary can participate.
It is important to mention that is not accepted any kind of discrimination, whether of color, race, religion or similar.

Contest goal:
The tender for selection of front and back covers is not intended to select the most beautiful woman (just is not beauty contest) or the one with the most perfect body (so it is not a championship fitness / bodybuilding). The main objective of the contest is to promote the practice of regular exercise and thereby reduce the sedentary population in the world.

Who are the main beneficiaries of this competition?

The main beneficiaries will be people who sedentary who are inspired and leave the sedentary lifestyle, going to practice some regular exercise.
Furthermore, the photo essays will stimulate the practice of healthy life.

In addition to these individuals, businesses, the sports industry and sports equipment manufacturers, sportswear and fitness, sports tennis, gyms, food supplement manufacturers, physical education teachers, sports nutritionists, physical therapists, sports physicians, among many other professionals are benefited directly or indirectly to increased public practicing some kind of sport.
Governments of countries, too, are benefiting from a healthier population, generating less costs of medical treatments.

Physical activity prolongs your optimal health.

Without regular physical activity, the body slowly loses its strength, stamina and ability to function well. And for each hour of regular exercise you get, you’ll gain about two hours of additional life expectancy, even if you don’t start until middle age. Moderate exercise, such as brisk walking, for as little as 30 minutes a day has the proven health benefits listed above as well as:

We are in a World Society which has lost many good values. Among them, a proper concern with the Health stressful routines have made people forget themselves and their families and when they realize, it’s too late. Some habits should be revised. For example: TV and Internet can be great sources of information and entertainment. But if not dosed, can be a great excuse to delay the start of training and thereby keep the damage that can cause a sedentary life.

Fitness Girl and Famous

Fortunately, many famous women understood the project and seek with their participation, encourage more people to participate.

They have doubt as to participate in a contest with no height restriction or mass (weight) in all athletes (all categories) and non-athletes compete in the world and have the people to be responsible for choosing the winners.
